Application support

We apply with you, not for a brochure.

Shortlisting, every document, and the applications themselves, for MS and PhD places. Scholarship routes where your record qualifies, self-funded routes everywhere they exist. You see the full scope and a written quote before anything is due.

7Ways we can work with you

How it runs

  1. 01
    You send a request

Degree, field, your record, the country and what you need. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

  2. 02
    We confirm scope and price

We read it by hand, ask anything that is missing, and send the quote and a document checklist.

  3. 03
    You upload your documents

Transcripts, degree, current CV. Everything sits in your account, in one place.

  4. 04
    We write and apply

Documents are written for each programme. Finished files land in your dashboard, and applications are submitted where that is part of your package.

What we do

Pick whatever you need. Once we have read your case we send a written quote for exactly that scope, and nothing is due until you accept it.

Choose any combination on the request form. We read the case first, then send a written quote for exactly that scope.

Scholarship route

For applicants whose academic record is strong enough to compete, and who either hold IELTS or TOEFL or are ready to take one. The request form checks both as you fill it in and tells you straight away where you stand.

If your record sits just under the bar we recommend the self-funded route, because funded places at that level go to a small number of exceptional cases. You can still ask us to try for funding, and we will tell you honestly what the odds look like before any money changes hands.

PhD applications run on this route only. A doctorate without funding is rarely worth the years it costs, so we take PhD cases where a scholarship, an assistantship or a funded position is realistic, and say so honestly when it is not.

Self-funded route

For MS applicants paying their own tuition or backed by a sponsor. Countries where we cannot run a genuine self-funded application are not offered at all, rather than taking your money for an application that cannot succeed.

Questions

What does "admission-based" mean?

You pay a deposit when the work starts and the balance only after an admission letter arrives. It costs more in total than the standard package because the risk sits with us.

Why are no prices listed here?

Because the honest number depends on the case: the country, how many programmes, and which documents you actually need. Send a request and you get a written quote for your exact scope, with no obligation and nothing charged until you accept it.

Do you guarantee admission?

No, and nobody honestly can. What we guarantee is the work: the shortlist, the documents, the submissions and the follow-ups. The admission-based package is how we put our own money behind the effort.

Can I apply for a self-funded PhD?

Not through us. PhD work is taken on the funded route only, because an unfunded doctorate rarely repays the three to five years it takes. Self-funded applications are open for MS, and every document service is open to everyone.

I do not have IELTS yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. Choosing "willing to take it" keeps the scholarship route open, and most applications can be prepared and even submitted while the test is booked.

What if my record is not strong enough for the funded route?

The form tells you as you fill it in, without guesswork. Just under the bar, self-funded is marked as the recommended choice but the funded route stays available on request. Further below, we close it rather than sell you an application that cannot win. Every document service stays open to everyone.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, once we have accepted your request and sent you an invoice. The invoice carries our account details and a payment reference to quote on the transfer; you upload the receipt on the same page and we confirm it by hand. No card details are ever entered on this site, and nothing is charged automatically.

Who writes the documents?

People who have been through these applications themselves, working from your transcripts, your research interests and the programme brief. Nothing is generated and pasted.
